Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
Thanks for update. I asked about the side-panels about a month ago but nobody responded. I do not work downtown. Also, I thought Stark was to be complete with Everything ( Interior & Exterior ) by Sept 30.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
KJP: Awesome article. If they put this campus setting on PS and the Superblock i will gladly take it. From what you know would the entire superblock (including the Former Stark/Reallife ) building be utilized?

If you get the opportunity to move to the lumen, will you be moving in from another Downtown Complex? Thus a lateral movement for downtown apartments.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Does this mean that if they build the land bridge we can start planning convention center expansion. Or would a CC expansion be done at the same time the land bridge goes in?

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
kJP : Awesome article. From what wrote it appears we are going to the land bridge and the Intermodal Transportation hub. Is there anything on this that you know as far as pricing & quality. Hopefully this is not a budget or low cost bridge & hub. I am not crazy about the location of the Stem School. Also, in proposed features write-up you inadvertently Listed building 3 twice.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Were those rumors reported here, because as I recall we were all blindsided on this move. I do remember rumors coming out 1 or 2 days before the announcement, but NOBODY knew that Modell was negotiating with the Maryland Stadium Authority..

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Hopefully gory news is good news. It has to be be land bridge with the intermodal transportation system.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I truly believe that within 90-120 days PS will be announced at selected site. I realize they are doing a national search but i find it hard to to believe that they are doing this search whether it is Dallas or Charlotte or Nashville in TOTAL secrecy. I am sure that if SHW was serious about some other state that by this time there would be some leakage of news.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
What other downtown projects is Frank Sinito wrapping up? Key Bank ? If I recall Frank Sinito was was testifying as a proponent on behalf of SB39 TMUD tax credit. If he indeed is waiting for TMUD to pass we do not know if that will pass this year or not. Even if it passes we do not know how the tax credits and how many will be awarded. WE could be in a situation of Nucleus vs 925 for awarding the credit. Also, I recall reading somewhere earlier that construction was to start by 9/1/19 or the 25m catostrophic tax credit was in jeopardy.https://www.legislature.ohio.gov/legislation/legislation-committee-documents?id=GA133-SB-39

KJ - you mentioned the intermodal yards as option 3. Does that mean that the Force/USL Stadium deal is falling apart? What do you know on that?
