  1. Cleveland Force is fine. I do not like any of the stupid names like sporting kc or real salt. Please leave those nicknames in Europe.
  2. I am NOT a huge fan of the Wolstein family. I hope phase 3 gets developed but with him every Announced phase that he makes seams to be changed 2-3 times before it MIGHT get built. He seams to get a FREE pass on this forum whereas Stark gets HAMMERED. Every since The Bart Wolstein FOLDED the the CLEVELAND FORCE in the MISL For NO REASON other than he did not get HIS way with the league, I have not been a big fan of the Wolsteins. The Force was successful and a model franchise in the league but Wolstein did not get his way. This project was announced BEFORE the market crashed AND I realize that changed everything. BUT I think he thinks Millenials are huge idiots. AS for his LiVE-WORK-PLAY environment it Offers only BARS & Restaurants and nothing else. I think Millenials are Highly Educated and good earners which need more in their neighborhoods than just places to eat and high priced hammer jobs I also think he is a master of the Subsidies & Financing because if he does not get 2.00 out of 1.00 he wont do the projects. And his projects have failed as he seams NOT to do his due Diligence in the tenants he is trying to procure. What do Toby Keith, Rascall Flatt's and IPIC all have in common - THEY ALL went Bankrupt and were the main pieces of his phases. Where was the due diligence of checking out their viability.

  5. Someone also mentioned that the building that Dwellworks is in at 1317 Euclid is built for possible vertical expansion. This is next door door Cowell & Hubbard building at 1305 Euclid. Is this all one complex like the John Hartness Brown buildings or is this 2 different ownership groups?

KJP: In your seeds and sprouts blog you wrote that the Cowell & Hubbard building was built so that it could do an 8 floor vertical addition. i could have sworn that in the playhouse theater thread somebody mentioned that it was 15-20 stories. Also, in that thread somebody mentioned that there is 1 or 2 other buildings on euclid that were built to accomadate a vertical expansion. Is there any interest by any of these building owners to do what appears to be a big success with the 515 beacon building.

  16. I hope this project comes out looking better in real life than it does in pictures. It is ugly. This and the ORIGINAL (Jenga Tower) nucleus are the ugly ones as far as i am concerned.

  20. Good to hear that the apartments are slowly leasing up. According to apartments.com there are 19 units available today and another12 coming online in the next month or two. So they are about 93% full. 268/277 Hopefully they can be close to full by years end. So it appears to have taken 2 full years to fill-up.
  21. Actually, there never was an Amazon model. These models were the SHW models that they were working on prior to the Valspar acquisition. These models never were announced as everything was put on hold once they acquired Valspar. City of Cleveland used theses drawings in their attempt to lure Amazon2.
