I had a feeling it was Nautica when KJP hinted about something being planned in the flats. For whatever reason I was hoping it would be Scranton Peninsula or Stones Levee or Moses Cleveland Tower. This project is a Pipedream. It was announced in 2016 that construction if I recall correctly would start in 2023 plus Jeff Jacobs is involved. This gets us just as excited as we are with the 40 years of Lakefront Development Projects announced. You could also tell by the Non-posting activity on this thread. The Geis Condo Tower got 3 pages of posts on a brand new thread in 1 day. Now that is excitement.

BTW: Whenn is Kennect supposed to break ground?

FWIW: Spoke with somebody whose brother has a friend that is doing window and panel caulking at the beacon. According to the caulkers the building is already slightly leaning a couple of degrees. Is this Normal? Is this possible 2 years after construction started on top of the garage?

Based on this footprint how many floors would that be for the tower and the 3000 car parking garage?

If the R & D Building goes to Brecksville, and the tower gets built in Downtown Cleveland Then what was all this talk that the R & D building had to be within walking distance of the headquarters building.

Could it be possible that SHW is requesting a RFP for the R & D building and that is it. No New Office Tower, just R & D building. Remember this is Cleveland, where disappointments are common nature.

How much demolition work does Stark have to do before he can start construction of Nucleus. I know there is a parking garage and a couple of smaller buildings.
