I agree 100%. The Nucleus Jenga tower is so fugly that because of its fuglyness most forumers are not overly disappointed. if it never gets built. The Jenga tower just DOES NOT fit the skyline. HOWEVER, something like this would fit in perfectly.

i can't wait for this project to get started. i think they have to start construction by sometime this summer or the tax credits are in jeopardy.

I wonder how close they are to acquiring the parking lot parcel.

i assume that HB469 transformational tax credit will will play a MAJOR role in Sherwin Williams decision to build this tower. When do you think we can hear some news on this Jacob's public square property?

How many arcades do we have? Cleveand Arcade, 5th StreetArcade. Exactly where are these located? The Hyatt Is in the Cleveland Arcade? I remember when i was younger there was the Colonial Arcade. Is that still around or is that now the 5th Street Arcade?
