I just cannot see how a bocce ball place survives at probably the highest retail space in the city of Cleveland. FEB has had nothing but turnover in the last 2 years. I know they are looking for the right mix. I don't see it and I hope to admit I am wrong. What they need down there is more residential and Office. They are oversaturated with the entertainment retail that they have down there. There is little activity during the day, week-ends & Wintertime

Does the Pinecrest Development in Orange have room for what MM is looking for? Anyone know about the size of Pinecrest?

With the volatility in the health care industry this is possible. We all know it is cheaper in the suburbs. Remember Eaton moved moved to !-271 and they were supposed to go to FEB. I would not be surprised if they go to the new development in Orange Township.
