Can the RNC recommendation finally help close finananing on this project. Cuyahoga County records still show unpaid property taxes of under 1 million. These 195 additional rooms sure would come in handy for the 2016 convention.

I know that they were recently working on the power washing the rotunda. Are they finished with this or are they still working on it. This building always looks dirty.

I think phase 2 will be a Mixed use project - Hotel, Apartments, Concert Venue , Restaurants, Retail and last but not least some gaming tables & slots but not like originally anticipated.
