Cleveland Monsters Discussion
15,000+ to see Monsters game. I wonder what type attendance we would have if the Monsters were actually good. I don't think the Monsters ever made the playoffs in their time here. http://www.cleveland.com/monsters/index.ssf/2014/02/lake_erie_monsters_iowa_wild_a_2.html

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
Is there reason to be concerned about the Medical Mart. When the convention center opened last summer in July the medical mart was to be opened in October. Then it was pushed back to February 2014. Now according to the DCA 4th Qtr 2013 report it is NOW scheduled to be opened in Summer 2014. How much build-out do we need to do here? Is there any other hidden problems? http://www.downtowncleveland.com/media/200605/Q42013_final.pdf

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
Last I heard, it was fully leased, or at least very close to being there. Does anyone know if they plan on doing phase 2 of the condo tower as they planned way back before the market crashed?

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
Lisa Saffle, Zaremba director of sales and marketing, said preliminary planning is under way for “additional residential housing on the empty lots around the Avenue townhomes.” Hopefully Phase 2 becomes a reality on the townhouses. Does anyone know how the 10 Story Tower is doing in its rental conversion?
