Cleveland: Downtown: Cleveland Athletic Club Redevelopment
With the Schofield Kimpton underway and the Metropolitan Hotel announced and reports that the LeMeridian Hotel is soon to be announced - Does this make it easier to get financing for this project? Just wondering if we get the Auto mile hotel results in the E.9/Euclid area or do you think we are now oversaturated with hotels on e.9/euclid?

Cleveland: Downtown: Euclid & 9th Tower / Schofield Building Redevelopment
I have a question for those forumers who have knowledge in Federal & State Historic Tax credits. The Schofield Building has a lot of exterior brick damage. Are the developers able to repair any damaged brick work? I am assuming that they probably are limited in their repair work to restore it to it's original status.
