Now that there is talk about the May co building being converted to apartments, Does anyone know if all 22 units in the next door Park Bldg are sold or is there still some units for sale?

Just curious as to how all the new brick that they will have to re-tuck in as in how will it fit in color wise. Hopefully it won't be to noticeable.

Anyone know when phase 2 starts. I thought they recently sold the final townhouse.

Whatever happened to the UO forumer who was giving us pictures of the Westin Hotel development. He used to work nearby. We lost all of his pictures in UO crash of 2013.

Before the UO crash of 2013, we had some renderings of the " M " hotelier. Anyway we had many discussions on what the " M " stood for ( Metropolitan and a few others). Anyway Geis said he was going to line up a hotelier quickly or that he would do all apartments. Has Geis settled in on what he wants to do with the Breuer Tower?

I agree on the comment about Thistledown, by the way. If it was structurally feasible concerning the footprint, I would've much rather preferred it if they would've merged Thistledown with phase 2 and moved Thistledpwn downtown Just Hypothetical here - The Norfolk Southern parcel south of Progressive Field where 20 years ago they considered this parcel for the Cleveland Browns Stadium, Then Bart Wolstein considered this site for a Major League Soccer Stadium ( which he did not get any city support ) and then considered Northfield before he died. Is this parcel Big Enough to move Thistedown racetrack to and THUS incorporating it into PHASE 2

So exactly when is the estimated completion date for the Truman with the 18 new apartments?

I read in another thread that the Hanna Building conversation to apartments is to be completed in October.

Does anyone have any updates or any new pictures on the Westin Hotel?

I remember reading up thread before the server crash that all financing was to be wrapped up around september/October and title was to transfer around that time.
