Is the FEB construction currently limited to Ernst & Young building or has construction started on the Aloft Hotel Building? I never see any pictures of the Aloft construction. I am under the impression they are supposed to open next summer.

Cleveland is at 97% occupancy. Is their demand? Are their any conversions in the works? Is their any new construction in the plans?
