They should dig a tunnel under Lorain and 25th from the rapid station underground platform to the park

Home prices are down across the board, and to larger degrees elsewhere. And where are they getting their unemployment numbers? Please. I'm anal about punctuality! I give a 10 min. grace period then im out! This is my #1 pet peeve. It just shows a glaring lack of respect for your time and assumes that their time is somehow more valuable and we can just wait. I pride myself on always being there at the scheduled time. In the off chance that something happens and I'm runngin slightly behind, I be sure to let the party waiting know and apologize profusely.

I would imagine that not being a traditional campus school, meaning more commuters than most, hurts their cause. Hopefully this changes once they build up their resident base.
