  1. What is their attendance like at games?
  2. I can. It's sensationalistic and dramatic
  3. Agreed. Put this further east.
  4. I believe there is a thread devoted to the JHB project
  5. So did we set our sights too small? To have 89% of the space already occupied suggests that there is much more demand than planners anticipated.
  6. how is a "pass-back" even possible? I thought once you swipe the pass, a specific period of time (5-10minutes) needed to pass before it could be used again?
  7. Browns need to win last 7 games in order for my preseason prediction of 10-6 to come true. Never say never!

if playoffs started today Cavs would have #4 seed and the Heat would have #5....Cavs would have home court advantage!

  12. agreed. one concern we don't really discuss on here is the fact that this part of cleveland, will be priced much lower for office space than downtown...which has to be appealing to some degree to businesses. It would seem that a move from Downtown to Midtown would be a lot easier to orchestrate versus say moving from a Medina, Strongsville, or Beachwood would be to midtown
  13. Sweet sassy molassy this can't be true! There has to be a better way to accommodate their parking demands.
  14. And the reputable backing from a couple of industry stalwarts
  15. FROM THE ARTICLE: "34 different lending sources" and we wonder why the process is so delayed....i had a hard enough time with my house and that was ONE source
  16. That is great news economically, but let's hope this is not a Trojan Horse for more invasive species.
  17. The map on that link supports that thought.

    Nice review. Thanks 4 sharing.
  20. That's why I suggest prospect for all the buses. There is plenty of room back there. I was for this idea until I realized there were 32 bus stops in Public Square. So now imagine all the bus stops on Superior and Ontario in Public Square being moved to the perimeter. It would be a wall of bus stops and buses. And talk about "running the gauntlet" now. You'd have to bust through a wall of people to get to the square. It's the bus stops that are holding us back. It's RTA that's holding this back. People that walk through Public Square now do it out of necessity. Even if you make it more appealing, without solving the bus problem I don't see massive amounts of people suddenly hanging out there anymore than I see people having their lunch in the Greyhound station.
  21. I don't doubt that closing Ontario and Superior through the square will give Joe C big headaches and slow down RTAs performance, but of course there are ways to re-route the buses. Once the east side transit center is open, it might even be easier, not sure. Correct, but under this above scenario we would still retain some connectivity to the trains below.
  22. How about routing all the buses along Prospect behind TT? I would think that corridor has enough curbside to accommodate the # of buses we are looking to relocate
