I hate the NBA and I'm actively rooting for one to take place (lockout).

  12. This is great, something that is long overdue. I hope that they can come down on these absentee landlords much more severely. The impact of vacant/neglected properties has far greater impact on the community than most credit.

  14. this sounds like the time for a good ol' fashion UO email blitz campaign
  15. 79, as I recall it was a matter of having the funds necessary to fund such operations. At present, Dollar Bank is footing the bill and as such, their priorities are on the white collar business crowd MF6A7P. I think the solution would be to find another revenue source to help fund a separate weekend loop. Maybe we could have the various entertainment establishments form a sort of co-op to help cover costs? They would be expanding their pool of potential customers by allowing for more bar crawls from one area to the next, prevent a lot of drunk driving, and have the opportunity to advertise within the trolleys.
  16. i really have to question the pics of the bodies while dining al fresco
  17. Browns were 25th in attendance last year in terms of % home seats sold - 94%
  18. Rumor has it that there is serious concern over having several of the home games locally blacked out. I see they are offering discounted ticket packages online for 3 game commitments. Not sure I am buying...although the idea of "getting in on the ground floor" of the team's rebirth during this post-LeBron era in Cleveland is intriguing
  19. awesome news
  20. I agree it doesn't look good. And its not like we're talking about top secret documents that are a matter of national security here, what advertising deals with can be hidden from view easily enough, even with fully transparent windows
