Celtics won again last night, taking 2 from Orlando on their own home court no less. Even though we all seem to be lamenting LeBron's poor play, perhaps not enough credit was given to Boston. They have to be considered the front runners for the title playing the way that they are at the moment. On a related note, New Jersey not landing the #1 overall pick was a huge blow to the chances of that team landing LeBron.

Hey drive....I lived in Huron Square Apartments on Huron and East 9th...about a 5 minute walk from the Jake. I lived with my gf in a 2BR on the 3rd floor, and our rent was $1175/mo, with utilities ranging from $50 - $100/mo, plus parking across the street was $85/mo. I know that single bedrooms go for the $700 range you are looking for on the upper floors...if you want to park under the building it is $125/mo...hope this helps some

^^I can't stand Berman...his shtick grew old a long time ago. I am happy with the pick of Haden, he fills a need and will be a starter from day 1. My hope is that they can find an explosive edge rushed tonight.

Visiting this place on one of the Hidden Cleveland Tours, I was amazed at the back story and history of this place and the views of the city from the higher floors were great. With more tenants on board, it sounds like it is turning into a truly thriving, dynamic work space to boot. What a great story.

I also thought that STO was created in part to generate this revenue windfall that would buoy the team's revenue, now, what 3-4 years in, it would seem having their own network hasn't produced the results envisioned.
