shs- no doubt you got one of the killer 2 bedrooms. Congrats! What color wood floor did you pick?

i think, and this is not gospel, that i remeber the sales folk saying that of the units that will initially be offered, they are over half sold. i think the first 3 floors, have been set aside for rental or rent to own situations. I think for being basically bought from floor plans and mondels, having 1/2 sold is somewhat promising. Again, not for sure, but i know of at least 3 that are sold from the last 5 posts!

twok2 - You have one of the 12's. I purchased the unit 2 floors down in 912. That floor plan is completly sold out. I looked at a few 2 bedrooms, and probably would have went with one of them, the only and i mean only downside, was the way the blaconies are situated, your nieghbor has a direct line of sight into the living/kitchen area. Maybe not too big a deal, but it was enough for me to go with one of the 12's. We are completly on an island on that side of the building. I think im sneaking in today! alsothe front (07's and one other floorplan) 2 bedrooms, they also have no balconies looking in on them. really great condo's for the price!
