Cleveland: North Coast Harbor Developments
Maybe they want to think about building something that will last longer than 6 years?

Cleveland Trivia
Stairs. :-D Nope =) Ladder? After thinking about it, isn't it somekind of radio broadcast thing or something like that, but VERY small? Can a human even fit in there?

^No. But you are on the right path ;) ^^^Yes. But I believe the guards were stationed prior to the stock market crashed in 1929, during the prohibition years that led to a massive increase in organized crime.

Cleveland newbie "dumb" questions
Apparently! :P Watch it! I would take that critique if I were a West-sider. It's better than the distinguishing feature being the unusually large presence of the 'female mullet'

Cleveland: Downtown: East 4th Street Developments
^I agree... Zocalo I am not worried about. It is the Vietnamese place right next door that always looks "half-empty" to me.

Cleveland: Downtown: East 4th Street Developments
Too bad about the Zocalo walk out. I thought that was a great 'sell' in the summertime for eating there, with the bar area flowing right into the patio.

Cleveland newbie "dumb" questions
Can't say that I have ever seen a couch in a garage... that wasn't on its way out to the tree lawn on garbage day. West Side thing perhaps?

Cleveland Trivia
Here's one that quite a few would probably know, but never gets old to me - what was the original spelling of the City's name and how did the current spelling come about? Another one - when construction of the Terminal Tower was completed, how many skyscrapers were taller than it and can you name them? (slightly a trick question)

Cleveland: Random Development and News
#1 on my list is Landmark, particularly the southwestern wall. It blights the skyline from the south IMO

Moving to Cleveland this June..help please!
GREAT pick. If I was to move downtown, 668 is where I would want to get a place. Centrally located... and there is a bus stop right at the front door for you to take the Healthline to work. Welcome and enjoy!

Welcome Peregrine! Do you still have a nest perched on top of the Terminal Tower?

US Economy: News & Discussion
As far as the analysis applies to Cleveland, I don't know how accurate it is. Sure, Cleveland has a lot of vacant properties. But a good majority of those properties should be torn down. Wood sided/framed homes that have been neglected for years and are past the point of repair. The weather has just beat the hell out of these homes. I would put more weight in the number of "new builds" sitting on the market than the overall numbers which would include a large amount of rundown properties incapable of being labeled a 'fixer-upper'. I assume the same caveat would apply to other cold-weather cities that have similar issues. To ragerunner, deep breaths buddy. We are going to make it through this.

What are the qualifications for such a title? Other than agreeing with you, of course.

Cell phone service in Cleveland
Like I said, if your sole concern is service in the Cleveland Metro - where you are never too far from a cell tower - you might want to focus more on the phone than the provider. My Blackberry could barely get service anywhere in my house (causing me too often to have to run outside to pick up a call), while my G1 gets service everywhere in my house.
