I highly, highly doubt that Turner will go ahead of Wall. He MAY go #2, depending on who has the #2 pick and that team's need for a swing player of Turner's skill set. But, if I was a betting man, I would put him in the 4-10 range, behind Wall, Cousins and Favors. Turner should lead the conversation after them, but may face some competition from Patterson, Henry, Johnson, maybe Davis and Aldrich, and possibly Monroe.

Thanks for sharing Andrew. Great shots as always. I especially liked the angle of the City Club, Schofield, and AT Tower. I didn't care much for the exterior when the design was released and my opinion has not changed. But, one can't forget, that the layout of the interior of the old center was just as bad and uninviting as the exterior. It just didn't beacon students for anything other than the fast food and for instances when they had to go there for admin purposes. I hope they at least took care of that problem.

I understand you are being a little toungue in cheek here, but as a woman I would think that you would not want to contribute to the line of thought that your waist size dictates what is socially acceptable for you to wear. Personally, the 'sticky' women are less attractive to me. JMO. I like a little meat on my bones ;) Not fat... but healthy!

^No. I went to University School for my Freshman yr in H.S. (what a disaster that was is another topic). The great majority of the students were from the east side. I would say the majority were from the wealthier suburbs like Shaker, Orange, Pepper Pike, Hunting Valley, Gates Mills, . A good amount were from the "other" side of Cleveland Hts. I think only 1 or 2 in my class were from the portion of CH north of Cedar. There were random kids from Cleveland, East Cleveland, Warrensville, etc. Very few came from the west side, or even the south side for that matter. However, I think there were quite a few - from what I heard - that attended K-8 at the Shaker campus and then went to Iggy or Ed's for HS. It may be different for HB and Laurel (the 2 all-girls schools) due to the fact that their HS's are in Shaker. But upper campuses for US, Gilmour, and Hawken are all so far east that a commute from any western suburb would be obscene and their are other options for HS boys that are much closer to home (Iggy, Ed's).

This team is very good and very vulnerable at the same time. One cold shooting night from the outside and it will be back to Columbus.

My opinion is that safety in Downtown is not a serious enough of a concern to be a deciding factor. There really is only one very specific part of downtown that I would consider "seedy" and it is on the fringes. What I would strongly consider is whether downtown is the best place for you considering what you like to do. Downtown is not exactly known for its outdoor activities other than eating/drinking and entertainment. Not that Downtown doesn't have its options to run/bike, but I just think other neighborhoods would be more enjoyable for someone asking about biking/jogging, as opposed to nightlife.

Marinas require parking lots. For downtown, I prefer harbors and docks or slips. Like what we have at North Coast Harbor and the docks around Shooters... and used to have on the East Bank. I would expect that FEB will have a dock or a couple slips.

Did you confirm that they are replacing the entire wall and not just creating some aesthetic appeal for the outdoor patio and bar attached to the restaurant that will be going in on the lower floor?

I actually like the design... when considered in the context of surburban-campus style office developments. I really could give two shites how Beachwood dictates its land use.

The rendering I saw of MOCA was a little bit more up to the street corner, but the retail compenent of the Triangle was gone IIRC. Nobody is going to miss that uninviting structure I would imagine.

I thought they were going to keep Parkview as "low-income" but limit it to Senoir Citizens. Am I mixing it up with another building? If not, whay happened to that plan?

^^ I can see the Memphis argument, but don't you think that is 'the exception' as opposed to 'the rule'? Not exactly a traditional pro sports town. That is why I specifically listed Charlotte as a City where college bball legitimately competes with the NBA. It is tradition down there. But besides Charlotte and Memphis, I can't think of any NBA team that has anything to worry about competition-wise from the college game. LA, Atlanta, Philly and DC all have significant college hoops presences, but each of those markets is plenty big enough to support both the college and pro game.

Do the Bengals seriously "split" with UC Football? I don't get the feeling at all that NEO's loyalty to the Buckeyes diminishes in any way the support for the Browns. Not even in the least bit.... even with a ton of fans driving down to c-bus every weekend for the games. I can understand places like Cincy, all of Kentucky, Kansas, and NC all have allegience to college b-ball, but does that allegience really equal a diminished interest in the NBA. If anything, I would think it would make it more interesting to watch. My brother-in-law went to Marquette and, for that reason alone, is a huge Miami Heat fan. Otherwise, he might not watch the NBA at all.
