Northeast Ohio / Cleveland: General Transit Thread
I think this project is so important to the GCRTA system. Espeically if this means consollidating downtown RTA routes off of all four corners of public square and onto an extremely underutilized surface lot west of public square. It would make public square much more desirbable place and open up the door for innovative public square designs.

Southeast Cleveland (Spring 2010) - Part I
Thanks for the photos Cluesless! This neighborhood in Buckeye is going through some interesting times right now. The neighborhood seems to be at a tipping point right now. There are a lot of efforts being made to revitilze the neighborhood with University Circle's extending its reach into nearby neighborhoods, St. Lukes being redeveloped with a new school and housing and Buckeye's community development corp trying to brighten up Buyeke Ave. But neighborhoods like Buckeye like other poorer neighborhoods are loosing more and more residents. Fortunately Buckeye has many resources that other poorer Cleveland neighborhoods do not have. So I feel it has a chance at revitalization. I hope for the best!

I see this area as having good potential to fill up with many more lofts, apartments and small businesses. Its in a great location. Very close to downtown and directly west of Asiatown.
