  1. Great. Six months of downtown construction coming up.
  2. Taqueria La Lomita? I've been to the others, but where is this one? Have you tried La Raza?
  3. The Vandalia location is moving to Huber Heights, as well. Or is it the other way around?
  4. There will be two more Rapid Fired pizzas in Englewood before Mod finally opens their location.
  5. So what's going on in the old New York Pizza location on Fifth? Months ago, it was reported someone bought it with the intent of using it as a restaurant. That was the last word, and there are no signs of life in that building.
  6. If that was a place known for their ice cream, it's a different Swenson's. That was a national chain.
  7. I know it's besides the point, but they don't call their hummus vegetarian/vegan, do they? They should clarify if they don't say, one way or another.
  8. Who would want to go to Schvitz when you're already schvitzing? When it's not so hot, then you need a schvitz.
  9. I'm not quite sure, after reading the article, how this will be any different from any other Indian restaurant, but I am happy to see napkins will be available if needed. Good luck to them.
  10. Better they move again than go under. They've got a nice, eclectic menu, and maybe the move away from downtown will let them be able to expand hours.
  11. ... and this address (18 Franklin Street) is the former home of the Bellbrook Pizza Cottage, which had been there for at least 40 years (we ate there when I was in college. biking through town.) The Business Journal doesn't impress me - the writer doesn't bother to Google a street address. The writer may well have done that. The editor probably removed it.
  12. Food would be nice. But a drink can be good, too.
  13. This is great. Nothing against Jazz Central, they do a great job, but this is something the area needs, IMHO.
