Thanks! They approached me, and they wanted the Orchestra featured. I do want you all to know that I did NOT originally start w/the "burning river" lead. I very much did not want that cliche in there. But while my editor and her editor did not need convincing of Cleveland's merits, the boss of them wasn't convinced of our fair city's charms, so we had to add some stuff. Sigh. Thanks for the nice words (and no, Oprah Winfrey has nothing to do w/any of it. I loved seeing someone report somewhere that "Oprah Winfrey loves Cleveland!" That' like saying Rupert Murdoch loves something if a rave comes out in something he owns....) --Anne
