^"We talked to our Realtors about the possibilities for this road. We were told there were no plans. Six months later we read it was going to be a connecter route with 60,000 cars per day," she said I wonder if was on the Warren County thorofare plan? Usually they list classes of roads, and required R/W widths. Along frontage of subdivisions they are require to dedicate the width of R/W shown on the thorofare plan

1 each direction. assorted turn lanes, programmed for widening "soon" - 5 Lanes I think, in 2 phases...I-275 to Fields Ertel Road, then North to the Fosters Bridge over the L-M river (Which is NOT to be widened) 2002 ADT from I-275 going north to Fields Ertel: 41,830 - 32,400 - 25,880 - 18,350 http://www.dot.state.oh.us/techservsite/availpro/Traffic_Survey/TSR_Report/2002_TSRmaps/ham_tsr_2002.pdf 2003 ADT for Bypass 4 varies from 20,140 at OH-4 South to 11,460 at OH-4 North, on essentially the same number of lanes BUT the capiacity of Bypass 4 is greater since its basically limited access (no driveways)

  17. I think upgrades are planned as part of an I-275 project, but am not sure...
  18. Saw that bit on 5...they did have a site plan in the background, so its out there (150,000 SF Target, does that have food), the story teaser did mention Kohl's as well, but they were not mentioned in the bit. The Hartzell Church, the building with the long drive leading from the neighborhood from the south, is definately part of the development. 100 bucks say that the developer approached the City about the site, not the otherway around, so the issue about Blue Ash placing the development away from the city center is not valid. They want those parcels, and the happen to be in BA

  22. http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20050707/NEWS0103/507070344 The City does select a number of consultants to be "on call" for projects in a 3 year span. There was nothing wrong about that, however the grantee should have compared the project as designed vs. what was applied for. Seems like a lot of money for what we got. The city has been lacking in architecture sucesses (Inre the City's architecure dept). for example, the asthetics on Fort Washington Way could have been done in Art Deco...to tie to the Art Deco motif on Colubia Parkway towards Union Terminal. But they choose a scheme that looks more in line with the southwest
  23. The "8 1/2" was the bathrooms...forgot why they called it that. I tooks showers in my swim trunks...not guite ready fer that
  24. Yup I-74
  25. I have heard that the Hartzell Church, next to the yellow hatched area, has had an offer made on their land, and that the residences just east of the them towards Plainfield Road, in the dark green area will be acquired as well, and that no parcels will be acquired in Sycamore Twp, light green. Target and Kohls/and/or Home Depot -- All just speculation and conjecture
