Cincinnati: I-71 Improvements / Uptown Access Project (MLK Interchange)
The loop ramp from Cross County to I-71 NB is an issue; there is always a merging delay in the PM rush. The merge lane is too short, and since that is a free flow ramp from Cross County EB, no metering takes place from a signal. The Cooper Road bridge shoulder piers are the issue there.

Honestly I did did not pay attention to the name. Beer and Brewery names are typically off the wall any way they don't register with me. Its a Shakespearean character from Much Ado About Nothing

Cupertino, CA: New Apple Campus
Play has plenty of Apps to compete with Itunes. I can get Itunes music over to my Android phone easily. Personally I would hate using Itunes to manage my music on my device. I'd rather use Windows explorer and manage what music I have on my device which I can do just fine in Android

I think Dugan's main beef is that the developer is getting TIFF money for the parking garage; all other issues they rise are just noise

Quickest way to get from Downtown Cincinnati to Northern Cincinnati 275/75?
Were abouts in Sharonville? an outside the box route would be up I-71 to Cross County to Plainfield/Reed Hartman (not sure how that does during rush hour); then Old Plainfield (past UC Blue Ash) to either Creek Road or Glendale-Milford/Reading over to Sharonville

Cincinnati: Crime & Safety Discussion
What are the nature of the crimes in the small rural town you refer to? I surmise that they are related to the Meth problem - indubitably the scene being at a private residence or trailer. The perception is, whether right or wrong, is that urban crime is more out in the open and suburban and exurban crime is more confined to private residences or otherwise hidden from the public spaces. Raising children comes with a whole host of issues to deal with, so if by choosing a place to live, one perceives they can avoid crime that is out in the open they will do so.

Cincinnati: General Transit Thread
2015 Projections ("Opening Day") for interstate rehab projects. The OKI ADT 19,000 "on I71 east of Rt 123" in 2009 seems like an anomaly.

Cincinnati: General Transit Thread
The license plate is from the one state where the trailer is registered, no? Not necessarily where its trip has started... Just because a tractor trailer may not drive the whole length of I-75 does not make the BSB less important to regional, intrastate and interstate national freight movement.

Cincinnati: General Transit Thread
Recent projects I was involved with had the following traffic and truck counts: I-75 @ Wapak (Auglaize County) 2015 Average Daily Traffic=45,000 Average Daily Truck traffic =about 18,500 (41% of total traffic) I-71 @ Wilmington (Clinton County) 2015 Average Daily Traffic=45,430 Average Daily Truck traffic =about 15,400 (34% of total traffic)

Cincinnati: Oakley: Oakley Station
Didn't GE Aviation itself actually move a couple hundred office jobs from Sharonville to Union Centre a few years back? That would have made the most sence to be in Evendale, if land costs were the concern. I think that was a consolidation of Engineering jobs from several locations in Finneytown and some from Evendale

Cincinnati: Procter & Gamble
They should be going after the bans on Trans Fats and labeling requirements. That's the real reason behind the explosion in the Palm Oil Industry. Palm Oil can be used in food products in place of Trans Fatty Acids (Hydrogenated Oils) and not be labeled as such.
