Is there any new news on this project?

the problem is i have done this, i have called the police probally hundreds of times but they have told me that they will not respond to calls for break ins or other stuff such as graffiti or bum's that like to cause trouble outside your offices, the city is useless. i have given up and i am moving out it is useless i have done everything i can.

i really like this idea we should just turn cleveland into one big parking lot and sell the spaces to columbus and detroit and have busses go back and forth between cities. that tower is useless along with the rest of cleveland. the cuyahoga county politics are terrible and nothing ever gets done except they just wate our money.

no my business is on east 36th and prospect it is horrible there have been people attempting to clean it up but it is useless, I even went past the new mcdonalds that there building and they even sprayed that too. That would be very nice of you to call the graffit removal dept. but I think it will be useless because this happens everyday. thank you

Wow has anyone noticed the amount of graffiti. i work on prospect and it looks like last night the city went crazy there is graffiti on almost every building and every pole and tree! does Cleveland even have a police force??? we are trying to move our business out of the city of Cleveland due to the amount of crime and the lack of police. does anyone know if there are going to be any improvements?

when is stark actually going to start construction?

yeah you said that right, i just looked at there webacam on their web site and i can see the second floor going up!!!

When is this project going to start or is this just another one of those projects that never start

i don't know but it seems like the businesses that are left in this city need more room so i would guess their might be quite a few who need more space

Yes that is good because it opens up more office space in different buildings for different types of business's, here's a perfect example right now my employer is out growing his office space in the Hannah building but he cant find a good location downtown so he is looking to the suburbs for offices he has found many spots in independence, and beachwood but theres not the right type of space downtown

I think a skyscraper 60+ stories is great for the city and good for the economy of Cleveland because it will insert huge amounts of cash into the city, remember there will be 700+ people working in that building which provides the city with alot of income tax. The bad thing is that one building only fixes that one parking area. Starks plan is much better for the city but the skyscraper will be more usefull
