So it seems that QCSII could be the preliminary stages of what could be another downtown "building boom". That would be awesome! On the other side, if they fail to attract new tenants downtown it could be a slow few years for a while. We'll just have wait and see.

March 22nd means I'll have 3 days to try and eat their before I leave town.....hope I get a seat!

I have noticed them as well esp when I first moved here. They should be celebrated or used in advertising the city.

^Well the story isn't as crazy as I initially thought. I thought gang members where shooting at each other, but they where firing their guns into the air........I guess kind of like pouring out some of your 40, but way dumber.

Man I can't wait to see what the gateway quarter is going to be like in 3-5 years. Does the planned streetcar go through any parts of the gateway quarter?

If I had to guess I would think after seeing their website that it looks like some kind of school for film directing.

I like all the different neighborhoods and the "comfort level" of living in Cincinnati. Cincinnati is is one of the most comfortable cities I have ever lived in or been to.

O.K. If P&G wouldn't build a new skyscraper anytime soon, then who would possibly be a good contender to do so next?

I guess someone would think that P&G would want to have a play in having the tallest building since they are such a powerhouse in Cincinnati.
