The problem was since the Indians contract offer was structured so oddly that Manny's agent would have not made as much as the Boston offer because of the more up front money. Well, most of this discussion has been building one at the expense of the other development. But say magically, all three could be built. How cool would a new skyscraper be. I hear the arguments for smaller scale, and for the most part I agree. But if there is one spot in the city that is appropriate for a monster tall building, this is it.
