If you google "poorest city" or google news it, what comes up is Cleveland, Cleveland, Cleveland. Even with Detroit having the #1 ranking, there is still a picture of Cleveland. I think the Cleveland community makes too much of this ranking. Lets follow Mayor Jackson's lead
