nebraska, can you freakin beleive it Is that thier marketing line? I think I like that better than Cleveland plus, not that I hate Cleveland +, just saying EDIT: I am totally going to Nebraska for my next vacation
  2. What about the spot on Public Square? Is that constrained by the Warehouse district plan?
  3. Remind me to get back with you on this (PM me if I forget) First thing, the area I am in now, the south loop is really cool. It has a lot of what you usually do not associate Chicago with, urban scarring. It has a miniature "Millionaires row" on Prairie street, run down buildings, and urban gentrification on steroids....lots to see, and even if you come back in one year, it will be completely different. For funner parts, that will be my next post

Cool!!! Sometimes adding another music venue can actually help other venues. For instance if an act becomes popular they could outgrow venue A, which holds 100, then go to venue B, which holds 200, then on to venue C..... But it needs to find a niche either in between Grog Shop and Beachland, or now that the "new" Grog Shop is bigger, maybe this new place could be the small A venue. I should not type when I am tired.... Anywho, this Tyler Village seems to have the potential to make a HUGE splash in this town, and the best thing is, it is still under most people's radar. Whatever you do with them, WW, thanks for doing it! :)

is there any chance, WW, that they could be taverns/pubs/bars as well as a club, or is it for sure Tyler village will thump thump thump the night away? EDIT: I think that would be a great spot for a music venue. It would just have to find the right size to complement the other venues in the area
  6. I see the resemblance, and I kind of like it.
  7. Here comes the "save the cage" movement
  8. Didn't I read somewhere that Hopkins is something like $100Million in the red. IF this is true, that money should go directly into reducing the debt. If I am wrong, well, I will be embarrassed

  16. I bet you they will have a plan B, or a plan C if Forest City is not willing to budge. Mayday, since you used to work at the Bond Court, any buildings over there that could be rehabbed to connect to the current center?

Voinovich had a bill in the senate that went nowhere until the bridge collapse. A few senators jumped on to co-sign, including the jr. Senator from New York

So glad you did not say "I like the Gallaria area" :) Those were my favorite spots in Houston, my favorite bar is the Ginger Man in Rice Village, not to mention the BW-3s with the big Ohio State flag. Anywho my suggestions would be: 1. Detroit-Shoreway (usually my first choice anyways) 2. Cleveland Hts. 3. Tremont/Ohio city I will let you use our search function to gather info on those communities. You can also go to the main urban ohio page and do a neighborhood tour.

With the bridge collapse in MN, could the idea of replacing the entire innerbelt bridge get new life?

I used to live in the Rice Hotel on Texas and Main. What is your favorite part of Houston, and why and I will try to offer some advice.
  23. Well, the good news is that Cleveland is no longer a one trick pony. Manufacturing, Health, Law and Banking are four solid pillars for the next few decades.
  24. really, HBIC is going to require anti-ADHD drugs... Back on subject, KJP in your latest fact finding mission, has the focus shifted more towards office and less on retail and housing?
