KJP, or anyone in the know, do you think there is some networking going on between Stark and Wolstien and Zaremba? It just seems like a lot of retail is being proposed for downtown and I wonder if that causes competition for recognizable retailers. Speaking of all of the new retail, has anyone heard anything from Forest City in the past 10 years?

All lifestyle centers look the same to me, the differences are that The AD will be much taller, and it's scale will probably integrate a little better with its neighbors than Gateway

So we are going to get a crappy bridge that is in the wrong location, going the wrong direction, and it does not even replace the old bridge, so it will take more real estate away from the city. Why do we want this?
