Is there any chance that if they buy the gateway garage, they will abandon the original tear down plans?

It still seems like the PD holds a grudge against MMPI.

The New UrbanOhio Forum: Need Input!
I voted for the old (current as I write this set up) but I figured I would eventually figure out the new system and be happy with it

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I saw this on the couty's planning blog. "The Ohio EPA declared that brownfield remediation of the Flats east bank site in Cleveland is complete and that the 20-are property is ready for redevelopment (PDF)." http://planning.co.cuyahoga.oh.us/blog/ http://www.epa.ohio.gov/portals/47/nr/2011/april/FlatsEast.pdf Maybe construction was waiting on that?

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
This may be the first time a non gov't agency has pushed this. I think the Browns are looking for more revenue from the stadium, but right now there is no reason to be near there, unless it is a game. Its the most viable plan in the past 20 years. (But, that really isn't saying too much) I wonder what the is timeline for this vision? It seems like a bit of jumping the gun to ask RTA to extend free trolley's at this point.

Galleria/ Tower City Restaurant destination?
I am not sure if this was mentioned, but the last gasp of the Pesht project was Stark creating an alley of restaurants, like E. 4th, with places like Maggiano's and PF Chang's.

So, its really more of a billboard than a mural? I don't know if leaving it blank wouldn't be better.

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
So Cleveland's problem all along has been warewolves? If we just had silver bullets..... I have always expected/hoped the MMCC would be a catalyst for attracting downtown visitors, thus strengthening the hospitality sector and boosting the prestige of our medical community. I feel our competitive advantage is the fact that MMPI will be running the facilities and has the ability to operate the facility differently than our competition

Cleveland: Cuyahoga County Gov't properties disposition (non-Ameritrust)
I also don't think the county ever really considered moving into the Bruer tower, the plan was to demo it and build new.
