I wonder the walkway / tunnel is still there? Maybe they can add an entrance on the north side of Lorain as part of the market upgrades

if cost was not an issue, would there be any physical barrier to creating an enterance to the W. 25th station on the north side of Lorain, like a subway entrance?

Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
If you want to complain about wasted transportation money, please turn your attention to the innerbelt.

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
It may be a situation where the first one to build wins. Another reason why I like the fact that the CC was not specifically built with a designated hotel attached.

Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
For a completely rebuilt Euclid Avenue, including pipes and sewars and sidewalks, a brand new fleet of busses (BRT mobiles), more positive press than the city has seen in decades. Not to mention that most of money came from federal transportation sources. YES IT WAS VERY WELL SPENT!

^Or, don't knock down housing. Continue adding more housing in battery park, and strengthen the transit options in the neighborhood. Build some density in the city.

What crime sent him to jail last time? Did it involve, "improper handling of money?"
-
Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
I just read that the city of Euclid is getting NOACA funds for streetscape improvements along Euclid Avenue. It got me thinking, has there been any thought on extending the Healthline east?

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
Lets remember that the square will be redeveloped along with the mall

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
I think Millenium Park in Chicago does that well, the only expanse of grass is the lawn at the band shell. Otherwise it is basically a campus of attractions, including Cloud Gate (the bean), the seasonal skating rink/restaurant patio, the Crown Fountains, the Peristyle, the Lurie Gardens, and the band shell. Cleveland at this time doesn't have the money for hugely attractions like those, but we have a model for a successful plaza like park

They will be charging slip rental, and will likely recoup the money within a year. I believe the lake is an underused asset in the city. I have no problem with this small investment

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
^When he bemoans the Galleria, does he talk about Gardens under Glass? When he repeats quotes from one developer saying "there is almost no hope" does he mention that Class A office space is over 90% occupied? He cherry picks the worst of Cleveland and presents it like that is the whole picture.

Emmie, stay aware of how hydrated you are. If you are dehydrated, it gives the feeling of being tired.

The WIDE streets in Cleveland
There are some pretty wide streets in New Orleans as well. Off the top of my head, Canal, Elysian Fields, Carrolton, Poydras, Tulane, and Claiborne, are all 3 lanes wide in each direction
