I'm assuming that you and your neighbors moved to West Chester BEFORE I-75 was built? It was built to accommodate development that was already there? Development follows infrastructure, not the other way around. The infrastructure had to be there first. Redevelopment in OTR couldn't be fully realized without the streetcar being there first.

What about the recently studied Subway extensions(specifically completing the Walnut Street subway)? If the streetcar is built, wouldn't subway construction close the Walnut Street running portion? Would the streetcar prohibit this extension?

I've always loved the view with the "skyline" and the hills in the background. It is truly a pretty town.

No love for Greenville? ;) I like Sydney and Troy as well, but I submit Bellefontaine and Urbana as two of my favorites. I also like some of the southeastern river towns, like Marietta and Steubenville.

I think Louisville, Columbus, and Cleveland were supposed to have events. It was supposed to be centered in Cincy, but it was kind of an Ohio/whole area thing.

Bellefontaine, Ohio: Seat of Logan County
Versailles, OH (Darke county) is also pronounced ver-sales. It is a really nice town though, with a great downtown. I will take some picks to post sometime...
