^That's because the clock had been stopped already. It was first down when they tried to run a play (spike the ball) so that the previous play could not be reviewed. The referee had already received the signal from the booth that the play was under review so he waved off the "spike" play. That's why it was still first and ten when they missed the field goal.

As I heard it from the commentators on TV, the call on the field was a completed catch and the receiver rolled out a bounds before he was touched. The only part of that call that could be reviewed was whether it was a completed catch.

  15. Someone told me that in order to keep historic tax credits there had to be an 8' setback from the windows. I don't know if that is true, but that is what I was told.
  16. I'm just telling you what I saw on the permit. "Take Out" and "Bon Appetit."
  17. I think it won't be until next year when the second phase of Euclid Commons is completed that the connectivity will be qualifiable. From the site of the old bookstore to the inner belt will be a construction site until next August.

This is interesting and may be how I determine how I'm going to use any long weekend vacation time. Would anyone consider a Browns - Steelers game to be defining? I totally agree on the OSU-Michigan game. Cleveland Orchestra at Severance Hall or Blossom? Do the Rock & Roll HOF and Pro Football HOF help define Ohio? A place like the Popcorn Shop in Chagrin Falls helps show the old style charm. Time for a road trip.
  22. It is definately one of the best courses I have ever played. It's a Pete Dye classic! The only other public course that I would put ahead of it is Torrey Pines and that's only because of the view of the Pacific Ocean.
  23. IMHO, the best example of a heavily built up "club scene" is Bourbon Street in N'awlins. I have NEVER felt unsafe there for one simple reason, heavy police presence that actually take action before things ever get out of hand. I haven't been to the WHD during late hours, but I'm guessing that the CPD isn't being proactive enough. If Forbe's saber rattling does anything, I hope it's to increase the activity of the police.
  24. How about Evolution Yoga Studios & Boutique? Or maybe some of the other locally owned boutique stores at Eton on Chagrin Blvd?
