Monday, June 16, 2008 - 6:38 PM EDT SpringHill Suites to open at Baldwin Center Business Courier of Cincinnati Corporex Cos. announced Monday that a 123-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott will be built at its Baldwin Professional Center in Walnut Hills. Set to open in March 2009, the hotel will sit next to the new regional headquarters of Humana Inc., under construction on Eden Park Drive across from Corporex's two existing Baldwin Center buildings. A subcontractor was brought in has been working on the collapsed section of the Deer Creek tunnel at the Humana construction site. They appear to have pumped out most of the water and were using a concrete pump truck to fill in the tunnel. Cement trucks were lined up along Eden Park Entrance and Florence Avenue a good part of the day today. Unfortunately, the tunnel was never exposed to allow for any photos unlike during the construction of I-71...
