Anybody know what is going into the old Passage space? Looks like there is some new signage up.

I am not positive, but what appears to be three parts of Queen City Square's "tiara" are sitting atop the structure's parking garage. Sorry no photos. Can anyone confirm if these truly are parts of the crown.

I am a lawyer. What this site does would, for the most part, be considered "fair use." Fair use is a legal doctrine that allows an individual to use otherwise protected (copyright, trademark, right of publicity, etc.) information as long as it goes beyond simple reproduction. For example, reproducing materials for comment, critique, education, discussion are permissible. Stealing someone's material for pure commercial gain is not permissible.

The $1.25 million goes to Joe Horney, minus whatever his soon to be ex wife takes from him in the pending divorce. The nonprofit that represented Joe applied for attorneys fees. I believe a ruling on this separate request for attorneys fees is pending or has been resolved (quietly). The trial court (Hamilton County Court) ruled in favor of Norwood. The nonprofit appealled the decision on behalf of Joe and the matter eventually went to the Ohio Supreme Court (OSC). The OSC found Norwood's actions to be unconstitutional.
