NFL: General News & Discussion
http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/20814945/preliminary-tv-ratings-sunday-nfl-games-compared-last-year It seems that CBS was up slightly and Fox and NBC were down. Interesting note within the article that all sports and TV ratings in general are down but the real test is whether NFL ratings are down the same amount as other sports and TV or more. Mark Cuban discusses the nuance in the numbers a bit.

NFL: General News & Discussion
If I remember correctly, the USFL played in spring/summer. Trump in his infinite wisdom thought they should compete head to head in the fall/winter with the NFL. He thought it would force a merger of the leagues but it instead, bankrupted the USFL. Rick Wilson's adage is "everything Trump touches dies." Add the USFL to that list.

Cleveland: Campus District
I agree that more residential students is a great thing for downtown. I was unaware that there were already 4,500 students living near CSU. That would mean a large part of the DT population is students. All good news.

I always say that Parma could experience a transformation like Lakewood if they would just end the crony politics. The northern part of Parma has more walakble interesting neighborhoods. I think one of the drawbacks is the housing in Parma is mainly post war bungalows. Although mid-century modern may be having a moment.

Lol you mean the circular gravel path? That isn't beautiful to you? The site of a beautiful historic building that the school tore down. But hey the gravel path looks great . http://www.clevelandareahistory.com/2010/01/demolition-of-cleveland-cadillac.html

Is there a reason that lower Euclid can't be closed to cars altogether? It might be better to just allow buses and delivery trucks from PS to East 6th. Am I missing something? I might be.

Ohio Census / Population Trends & Lists
There seems to be correlation of downtowns that lost population or remained flat to an increase in income. I wonder of there was public housing that was relocated.
