Painesville / Lake County: Development and News
Why demo? It looks like a nice building. Seems to be in good shape too.

To be clear though, it looked like the lot was just used to launch the drone and then they flew it east over the adjacent buildings.

^ The OP's comment about walkability has to do with walking to destinations on weekends. I'll agree that Bay Village has some beautiful neighborhoods but it does not fit the OPs needs and neither does Beachwood.- Possible Move...Phx to Cle
As a lakewood resident, I recommend Lakewood. Dollar for dollar, I feel it is the best quality of life in Northeast Ohio. Urban atmosphere with a small town feel.- Cleveland Mayoral Race 2017

^ I don't think Jackson is a bad mayor at all but he really should step aside after 3 terms. One reason I think this is that, there are some good candidates that are sitting out because Jackson is running again.- Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
^ I don't think the trolleys cater to suburbanites at all. I use them a lot and it seems to be a mix of people on them. Many people use them to get around downtown and save themselves some walking.- Cleveland - Computer Programming Summer Camp
You might want to check with Great Lakes Science Center. I think they have some summer camps.- Cleveland: Little Italy: Development and News

^ I don't think parking falls anywhere within the realm of "human nature." Americans are generally very lazy and too stupid to figure out how to walk more than 50 feet but it is not human nature.- Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway / Gordon Square Arts District: Development News
I've been to many of the Edgewater Live events, and we always park in the BP area. It is an easy walk to Edgewater Park from there through the tunnel. Getting people to park at Edgewater Park, or in one of the parking lots near the heart of W. 65th & Detroit is not going to happen for the businesses that are at/near BP. Why would people want to walk a distance that they do not have too if there is available parking by the establishment they are visiting. It is ones human nature to park near ones destination if possible. Human nature - really?- Cleveland: Crime & Safety Discussion
^^ Can we add a brick through the windshield catapult for cars that speed down neighborhood streets too?- Cleveland Browns Discussion
I would give them a B- because they drafted 3 solid players and got additional picks.- Taxes
