Hello all -- first time poking around these forums and there seems to be some great information! I wanted to reach out to all the Battery Park residents and get their thoughts. Looking to move within the year with my gf and we fell in love with the place and definitely considering Battery Park. I am coming from the suburbs and just curious what are some of your likes and dislikes about the area. My main concern is the safety/crime of the area and anything that has disturbed you thus far? After doing some other searches it seems to be okay, I just wanted the thoughts of actual residents. Hows the noise in the area? Build quality? Are you happy about your decision? Anything at all you would like to share or any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
