This is a time lapse I made from the pictures I took during a recent road trip from Cincinnati to San Francisco. In total I snapped around 6000 images, this is about 90% of those images, in time lapse fashion, in five minutes.Came out pretty nice I think,I dunno,..After staring at it for so long I have lost all perspective,..I hope I never see these picts or hear this song again...haha....Thanks to ziff davis and Brooks Rowlett for the CrankyGeeks invite, was a blast..Enjoy http://zinzi.us/node/143 Download Higher resolution "Right click and Save as" http://zinzi.us/zinzius/vidz/Movie.wmv

  23. Yeah is rough life..here's sum picts from the surrounding area..amazing they did not fall off a cliff..Killer icicles http://zinzi.us/zinzius/shared%20picts/Gallery/01.27.08/index.html Sorry for off site link..easier...atm..At work....Oh yeah I will upload a pict of my moms elementary school in a few..One room school house..Like 1800's stuff..Amazing a few of my relatives still have no plumbing and homes with only one electrical socket. This place looks dilapidated but alot of ppl are still living in these type of structures with dish tv receivers stuck to them..I have seen towns that look like they did in the 1900's...Beattyville is the only town I have seen where ppl still live like they did in the 1900's....No joke... Admins...any chance of Iframe usage?to embed slideshows?..Haha fat chance..thought I would ask... <iframe></iframe>
  24. So we all here the stories of people who grow-up in the "back country". Walked up to school 3 miles in 6 feet of snow uphill both ways.My mother really had a life like that. This is the place her and 6 brothers and 2 sisters spent most of they're childhood.Named "The old Steele Place" for the previous occupants, which I'm told were "Moonshiners". It's about 20 miles outside Beattyville,Kentucky which is about 50 miles from civilization. When you live in Beattyville and someone mentions "The old Steele place" the first response is usually "yeah thats out in the middle of f$%*&^ nowhere".."Deliverance type s*&#".
