I'm hoping that, if those trees were to be removed, they would already have been cut down.

Cleveland: General Business & Economic News
I believe the 210' depth is up near Dunkirk, NY. The western basin, near the islands, is under 40', but, lol, I will accept a fact check. For comparison, the Oresund and Kerch bridges are 10-12 miles lomg, so were talking at least four of either of them back to back.

Cleveland SC Soccer Stadium
Is the area, where the stadium would be, flat, or would much of it require significant earth moving? I know that E. 9th St. slopes down toward the river, and this site is just west of it.

^The Courthouse Plaza development, which would have occupied the notch between the Detroit-Superior Bridge and the Rapid Transit viaduct would have been just that, with the Settlers' Landing station across the street, but Courthouse Plaza never materialized.

Cleveland: Port Authority News & Info
LOL, maybe they could repurpose part of the Burke (BKL) terminal as a cruise/ferry terminal. The infrastructure is there. Is the channel deep enough?

Look what is parked today north of Browns' stadium. I admit I did a double take. There were also a military looking ship and two "Federal" freighters.

My original impression from earlier renderings was that of a sperm whale, and I wanted a jet of water into the air feature at the front end. The Cleveland Clinic square could be one eye, and you can imagine the gaping mouth below.

Cleveland: Transit Ideas for the Future
I am trying to understand this proposal. Are you saying, run the NS freight trains, east of Superior RTS, up the CSX (New York Central) short line to Collinwood and along I-90/SR-2 out to somewhere in Lake County, where they would connect back to the NS line? The rapid transit would then use the current NS line that runs north of Euclid Avenue, or is it something else? There are a number of at grade crossings in South Collinwood, Euclid and Wickliffe.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
I thought that the very, very first design was objected to, because the lack of a setback on W. 25th St. would obscure St. Malachi, but the final, final design appears to do the same thing. What am I missing?

Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
LOL, I thought that "lipstick on a pig" refers to superficial upgrades to something unappealing that already exists. Here they are actually building the initial pig. I assume you refer to earlier, recent designs as the pigs, and you are quie right.
