  1. I thought Bedrock was going to improve the east side of Ontario. To me, the inability of the May Co. redevelopment, located where it is, to attract more retail is telling.
  2. Can the jet bridgea on the west side of D not handle A320/A321's? I thought D could handle 737's. I do believe the A320's are a bit higher off the ground.
  3. Yes, get a TV I-team on it. That may shake up city government to act.
  4. How do city/regional economic mixes affect demand? For example, manufacturing, consulting, government, leisure, education, services, military.
  5. Sadly, the old department stores: May's, Halle's, Higbees, Taylor's (666 Euclid), Bonwit's, and Sterling Linder Davis are all kaput. What's replaced them is very thin.
  6. Actually, I remember, when the sidewalks were jammed, enough to limit your walking speed (50's).
  7. I was trying to think of what could draw many people, not be too large, not be another Pinecrest/Crocker Park, and not be devalued due to the industrial nature of the surroundings (residential). It occured to me that Cleveland has been stripped of its amusememt and water parks, and I love water parks, so, there you go Jimmy and Dee. Combine the indoor outdoor water park with challenging miniature golf, batting simulators, an entertainmemt stage, and other sports related amusements. Add a hotel with a coordinated theme. On a related note, I wonder if more land could be captured by modifying the Engle-Snow-CSX mess of an intersection.
  8. LOL, OR, to whom it may concern, please don't tell us about what you can't tell us about. Just wait until you can. Thanks.
  9. I still don't understand the relationship and synergy or lack thereof between the Berea plans and the Brookpark acquisition, unless Brookpark is only the stadium plus parking, maybe with a shuttle to the Berea development, should that arise. These two "developments" are only 5-10 minutes apart by car. Wah! Someone help me.
  10. LOL, Brook Park is suspiciously close to Berea, where I thought they had already bought land for a mixed use development.
  11. Isn't that transparent glass on the 36th floor "balcony?" Maybe it's really a sun room.
  12. LOL, what, no "June swoon?"
  13. That TMUD award was the maximum, right? $40mm. Think what other projects could have been done with that money.
  14. ^They probably also wish they went taller. LOL.
  15. LOL, it gets half an Opportunity Corridor. For comparison wasn't that 2016 terminal refresh with the new entrance doors about $50M? Regarding the ticket area expansions, it is surprising, and sad, how much counter vacancy there currently is.
  16. Didn't they remove (pave over) the track crossing of Harper Rd?
  17. I noticed that the frame for the bridge to the garage is up. I hadn't seen it before.
  18. ^The old Sheraton across Euclid, in Midtown, is in limbo too.
  19. Is what appears to be an open area facing north on the 36th floor going to be an outdoor balcony?
  20. LOL, didn't we run John D Rockefeller out of town? Not a great look.
  21. I noticed that, in the Hopkins Master Plan, the proposed, (elevated?) connector road linking the airport with I-71 passes just north of Snow Rd, along the southern edge of this Brookpark property.
  22. Wonder how the finishes/spaces compare to City Clubs elsewhere?
