I don't know about Gibraltar specifically, but the Mediterranean is rather tectonically active. Also, the political stability in Europe is getting strained. Would the EU be contributing much money to this?

I'm thinking that the paint swatch structure is behind and not under the brick and glass building? Thes renderings are coooool!

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Ok, not keeping my "fingers crossed" for the first building, but that's what it looked like to me. The second building reminds me of the medieval PPG HQ in Pittsbugh, which would really be amusingly ironic for a SW building.

Would the 64 story tower have exceeded 1000 ft. ?

Cleveland Browns Discussion
I am not a psychologist, but I can't help wondering if the early "clinch," with it's temporary release of pressure to win, and the non-serious treatment of the Cincinnati game took some of the "edge" off.

Why are young people driving less?
^LOL, wait until virtual reality gets to the point where people, from their homes, can put on glasses and ear pieces and feel as though they are together in a virtual bar, all without leaving the couch. Instead of just sharing a screen, they share a "reality." No need to drive anywhere. Who will buy.the first round?

Ohio LGBTQ+ News
This legislation is just ignorance meets cruelty. I thought that DeWine wants to do most of what was in the bill through well considered regulatory processes, if the legislature doesn't override. If they do override, it's on them. I will grant that when the COVID pandemic started, DeWine took serious health centered actions to try to control it, until the legislature and others harrassed him.

Lorain County: Development and News
urb-a-saurus replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionHow about somewhere along the post-apocalyptic Train Ave. , particularly in the industrial wreckage between Train and Vega. There, you have I-90 and rail lines. Then, there is land north of Steelyard Commons, below the W14th roundabout, which is near I71 and SR-176. I was never crazy about having this on Carter.

The #8, #10, #11 buses and the rapid pass through here. There is, in fact, transit galore.

^ I believe it is also a bit narrower than the refreshed areas. This is mostly by the Maltz PA Center and where the Nord Greenway crosses.

It just seems as though they reached 88% and stopped or switched to "change bulb on burnout."

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
Currently, Frontier's website does not list Nassau as a destination, so that would mean opening a station. Frontier flies from Montego Bay (Sangster) to ATL, PHL, STL, MIA, and MCO. Adding a flight to CLE would not be that difficult. I must be influenced by the two Jamaican food places now in Lyndhurst.

Actually, the less fortunate among us bearing the brunt of billionaire inspired development projects suggests to me that the true economic flow is "trickle UP."
