Its rather simple.. A design that utilizes the compacity needed for intimacy as well as plenty of room for guests. A smaller version NWA in Columbus would be good. Personally.. I'd like to see a double decked arena with the outside to be a concourse around the arena that would have sports bars/retail stores thus making it a multi-use building not only used when there is a sporting event/concert. (just an idea)

ha ha ha .lol. I talked with a manager a johnny rockets.. they a leaving real soon.. auntie anns too.. Gamestop is in talks to move to the shopping center where Bearen moved to. I have no reason to go to this mall anymore except for Bass pro.. when that and khols move..it will die real fast.!.

hmm.. intersting.. I wonder if UA/Akron could really strike a deal for an Arena... I was just in the dayton area by wright st.. Akron would greatly benefit from something like the nutter center. but right now theres no place to put it..cuz there would have to be ample parking..

cincinnati mills and rolling acres have alot in common.. location and teens... The teens from forest park area hang out in the mall and have caused a bother to some patrons as did the teens from the blue color Akron neighborhoods surrounding rolling acres did in the late 80's -mid 90's. Cincinnati mills is based in an area off a major highway that has two decent malls each at 2-3 exits away off the same highway. Rolling acres based in an area where it once thrived due to location being in a blue color/common man area could not compete with the other 2 Akron malls. . I do think that cincinnati mills is more of a jewel than rolling acres because of highway access.. Redevelopment will most likely be announced within a year I hope.
