  1. ^Is the Leader redevelopment complete? Is the entire building apartments or just some? Any condo units or just apartments? how many units?
  2. ^what services do the county and brook park provide the airport?
  3. NOACA is working on their Long Range Plan and has created a 'crowdgauge' tool to learn the priorities/interests of the public as it develops its plan. If you want to give input, its at: http://noaca.crowdgauge.org/.
  4. ^I heard it was delay to Spring 2017, but I don't know why.
  5. ^more awful than the name "Civitad"?
  6. AmrapinVA--i was saying a direct CLE-x flight was more likely than one of the ME3 gaining 5th freedom, not the likelihood of such service itself.
  7. Is it really "John Glenn Columbus International Airport" and not "Columbus John Glenn International Airport"? How silly. To your question, I don't expect the FAA identifier (CMH) to change.
  8. I can't imagine the ME3 being granted a 5th freedom route between the US and Europe after the US majors just went after the ME3 for unfair competition so publicly. A direct CLE-DXB/DOH/AUH (with connecting onward service to India) is far more likely. (And it'd be CLE over CMH or PIT.)
  9. ^they've been there for years. finally being priced out of the neighborhood?

Cool. which airport in Chicago will they use?
  12. ^urban form. and it is possible.
  13. ^Superior is an AVENUE--not a street. And a wide avenue at that. 3-story cute little townhouses on this part of Superior would look really bad. If you can't build at least 7-8 stories, with some street activity, then I'd rather wait for an owner who can. Such height may be fine for 13, 14 or 15 st., but not superior.
  14. ^^ugh.....at least on Superior, it'd be nice to have some height, with some small street level retail to give some street life. They don't have to be big spaces like developers seem to like to build nowadays which makes it easier for businesses to fail (given the higher rent). I'd say 10-15 stories would be fine and maybe lower height on the backside facing the 2-3 story townhomes.
  15. ^Never heard of that organization. What's the relationship between University Circle Development Foundation and UCI?
  16. ^if true, a big blow to CAK, as Allegiant is probably their largest carrier. Their previous largest carrier, Air Tran, left CAK for CLE in late 2014 after merging with Southwest. Then again, CAK spent years stealing passengers from Hopkins, helping to undermine the CO/UA hub, so....
  17. Allegiant will announce today new service at CLE to AUS, FLL, PGD (Ft. Myers/Punta Gorda), JAX, MYR, MSY, AZA (Phoenix/Mesa), SAV, SFB (Orlando/Sanford), and PIE (Tampa/St. Pete). Destinations will likely be 2-3 times per week, not daily.

Cedar between E 36 and Stokes will still be Cedar, no? and "Killer Way" will be place on top of it, or will the street name actually change? Are Council votes one by one or all at once? Do we know who voted for this and who didn't? "The Cleveland City Council plans to rename an area of Cedar Avenue between East 36th Street and Stokes Boulevard after the bombastic boxing hall of famer, according to Cleveland.com, the same stretch of blocks where King had killed an employee in 1966 who failed to pay a gambling debt." http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/more-sports/cleveland-don-king-area-killed-man-article-1.2793489
  19. are you sure? it doesn't look like they're adding any height given the state of completion on the existing outer walls.
