Cool. which airport in Chicago will they use?- Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
^urban form. and it is possible.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
^Superior is an AVENUE--not a street. And a wide avenue at that. 3-story cute little townhouses on this part of Superior would look really bad. If you can't build at least 7-8 stories, with some street activity, then I'd rather wait for an owner who can. Such height may be fine for 13, 14 or 15 st., but not superior.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
^^ugh.....at least on Superior, it'd be nice to have some height, with some small street level retail to give some street life. They don't have to be big spaces like developers seem to like to build nowadays which makes it easier for businesses to fail (given the higher rent). I'd say 10-15 stories would be fine and maybe lower height on the backside facing the 2-3 story townhomes.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District

Cedar between E 36 and Stokes will still be Cedar, no? and "Killer Way" will be place on top of it, or will the street name actually change? Are Council votes one by one or all at once? Do we know who voted for this and who didn't? "The Cleveland City Council plans to rename an area of Cedar Avenue between East 36th Street and Stokes Boulevard after the bombastic boxing hall of famer, according to Cleveland.com, the same stretch of blocks where King had killed an employee in 1966 who failed to pay a gambling debt." http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/more-sports/cleveland-don-king-area-killed-man-article-1.2793489- Cleveland: Campus District
are you sure? it doesn't look like they're adding any height given the state of completion on the existing outer walls.- NextGen Air Traffic Control System
