My gf loves going to the beach at night. But I thought I saw something where Hunington closes at 10 or 11. Are there any that are open to the public 24/7 or just places where one could make it down to the water or sand. Or even a nice place to hang out that views the water?

Most state park beaches close around dusk.  Edgewater too.  Not that I've ever seen any late night patrols enforcing this...
