Bedford is the seat of Bedford County.

Its population is about 3,141.

Pennsylvania's small towns look much more charming than Ohio's.

Great looking town!

Very active and some good streetscaping, but bury those lines!

The overhead power lines are hideous.  It completely ruins the look of a historic area with the poles and jumbe of wires.  Pretty much no excuse other than coporate greed.
