April 22, 201015 yr I was wondering when these were going to appear. Thanks for these. Indy sure looks pretty good in here. And sorry I kept getting in the way of your shots. My butt kept showing up. woops.
April 22, 201015 yr And sorry I kept getting in the way of your shots. My butt kept showing up. woops. I'm sure that was an accident :) I love the Penn Station signage -- bring that to downtown and it'd fit right in. I'm always impressed at Indy's street canyons -- so lively, clean. ^ What is the status of this?
April 22, 201015 yr (and btw, the first four are in the Chatham Arch neighborhood. Not St. Joseph). Potato ... Pot-ah-toe. BAH! "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
April 22, 201015 yr Indy sure looks pretty good in here. It does indeed. I am quite impressed, I was not expecting Indy to look so good based on what people have said about the city.
April 22, 201015 yr Great stuff! I did almost exactly the same tour of Indy in January, but it was dreary and cold; it looks like you faired much better.
April 22, 201015 yr Indy looks really good. They don't have a great urban fabric, but they use what they have really well.
April 22, 201015 yr wow. well done. You managed to take a city I have been to and pretty much loathe and find utterly worthless (Indy), and make it look fantastic.
April 22, 201015 yr Wow! I have to admit Indy is looking good in these photos. I also like the last pic of the Big D, the skyline looks really dense from that angle.
April 23, 201015 yr I like the fact that non-monument circle Indy is getting some coverage here. I'm thinking that + their dense downtown is the reason for the positive reactions.
April 27, 201015 yr Yeah, this is pretty surreal. Indianapolis is a city that I've been to innumerable times and have never found one thing redeeming about it. Now, suddenly, I'm looking forward to exploring these places the next time I'm there.
