Hi Everyone,

I would like to know if anyone could reccommend any good, clean, safe places one could rent short term in Cleveland. The place would have to be either downtown or on the rapid lines. I would only be using the room or place for three days out of the week for about two months. Basically just to sleep.

If anyone knows of good low cost places, please do let me know.

Thanks

You might try the La Quinta Hotel near the airport. It's right at the West 150th-Puritas Rapid station and I-71. It's probably the cheapest and cleanest hotel by a Rapid station...

These are some possibilities that caught my eye:

If nothing else works, I live on a bus line that has fast, frequent rush-hour service to downtown. I have a sofa-bed in my office that you might consider if you live quietly and cleanly, and my two cats don't mind you. :) But consider my place only as a last resort as I'm a pain in the ass to live with.

Try the Tremont Place Lofts which have furnished apartments for daily, weekly or monthly rates. It's located in the Tremont neighborhood which is super close to downtown and just as affordable and even cheaper than most hotels and plus it's in a great area. I stay there all the time and love it.

Stone Gables may be an option. a few minutes bus ride to downtown

I am sure something can be negotiated besides the nightly rate.
