How can Japan get such CHEAP Electricity???

I noticed their stat about Canada getting slightly less than a quart of milk, and that is equal to 1/4 gallon, making a gallon of milk in the Great White North more than $4.  The most I've seen at Kroger is $2.99 for a gallon.  So milk is more expensive up there.

never mind

I was wondering about that stat as well, and I'm guessing it's 10 days of a Japanese family's electricity and not an American one.  Also, Japan incinerates a lot of their garbage so I'm guessing that subsidizes a portion of the electric bill.
