Where is the most valuable land per acre in Cuyahoga County? Westlake? Brecksville? Pepper Pike?

Not even close.

According to this map ( http://freepdfhosting.com/659293e743.pdf a 7.9mb download ), it's downtown Cleveland, University Circle, Lakewood, Parma, Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights in addition to many sections of Cleveland that are often associated with being down and out. Well, density is the key to increasing land values instead of hurting them. This map clearly bears that out.

Enjoy!

Good find!  Speaks volumes.

Of Course, how else can they build those crappy, tract homes that are losing value by the minute?
