Posted June 27, 201014 yr I will soon be moving into a building on East 4th street which doesn't have any parking, I am wondering if anybody could recommend a place where I could rent a parking spot that is secure and close by.
June 27, 201014 yr Which building doesn't have parking? My car wouldn't fit in my building's garage, but I was able to get another parking space in a different building from MRN.
June 27, 201014 yr I'm curious too, I moved in and have a spot but when guests come overnight its expensive. It's typically $5 (post 5pm rate) + the morning max $7.50 to make a total of $12.50. I've just been having them park on the street in Lakewood and picking them up or at Steelyard Commons if its just for the day.

I will be renting a condo in the Sincere building, I won't be driving that much since I will be walking to work, so I want a parking spot where I don't have to worry about checking to see if my car is ok everyday and is close enough that I don't have to walk forever to get to it. I drive an extended cab F-150 so I will need a garage that could accommodate large vehicles.

That's a tough squeeze into any underground parking I've seen downtown. Perhaps a Self-Storage facility on a transit line somewhere (Lakewood, Parma, etc) might be worth considering. June 28, 201014 yr Keep in mind that I'm car-free, so I really don't know about rates, availability or whatever, but my first thought (as it's literally across the street) was 515 Euclid. Does anyone here have any info about that particular garage?
June 28, 201014 yr No but that's a good suggestion! There is a management office on the ground floor of 515, so it would be worth popping in there to ask them about monthly rates. But AMPCO's Cleveland office is at: AMPCO Parking Svcs 1459 Hamilton Avenue Cleveland, OH 44114 Phone: (216) 621-6600 They also can accept monthly payments via their website... https://payments.abm.com/ "In the souls of the people the grapes of wrath are filling and growing heavy, growing heavy for the vintage." -- John Steinbeck
